In addition to scaling technology teams nationwide, Techmunity proudly partners with CodeYourFuture, a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing quality training and support to individuals from underrepresented backgrounds across the UK.

Over the past decade, he has led hiring initiatives for a diverse range of organisations, from early-stage startups to FTSE 250 powerhouses.

During this time, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the technology industry, precisely identifying the needs of both hiring managers and jobseekers.

Coming from a challenging background himself, he was inspired to create a business that could leverage his expertise whilst also give back to the community and help others succeed.

This vision led to the creation of Techmunity, a specialist IT Recruitment partner that invests into social technology enterprises, enhancing career prospects and making a meaningful impact on people’s lives
