Job Description

Are you a Junior, Mid, or Lead Engineer with an AI-first mindset?

Just got off a call with the CEO of one of the most forward-thinking edtech companies we’ve partnered with at Techmunity.

Led by an executive team with a history of successful exits, they’re transforming how we learn by embedding LLMs and AI automation into every layer of the education experience.

Their product is already recognised by the Department for Education and other leading institutions — and with a US launch around the corner, they’re growing the engineering team and are hiring Junior, Mid-Level, and Lead Full Stack Engineers.

This team isn’t cautiously “exploring” AI, they’re shipping it at speed. Imagine voice-triggered workflows from Slack to GitHub to Shortcut, powered by cloud-native agents.

Whether you’re early-career or a seasoned lead, you’ll be:

Deploying daily to production with CI/CD pipelines

Coding in React and Python (FastAPI)

Leveraging LLMs, Cursor, and automation tools to accelerate and enhance delivery

The salaries on offer here vary depending on level, but here’s a rough guide:

  • Junior Developer (1+ years of industry or strong uni experience): up to £45K
  • Mid-Senior Developer (4–6 yrs): up to £80K
  • Engineering Lead (6+ yrs): up to £100K

Benefits include 10% bonus, EMI share options, private healthcare, 25 days holiday and L&D support for AI, cloud, and data certifications!

The team’s offices are based in Warwickshire, most people meet up once a week so ideally looking for someone who’s able to do this – but can be flexible depending on circumstances.

If you’re someone who thinks deeply about AI, and loves fast-moving environments – get in touch: reuben@techmunity.io
