Job Description

This is one of the most exciting stealth projects in the AI x hardware space right now.

Techmunity have exclusively partnered with a pre-launch, venture-backed startup building the AI-native platform for the next hardware revolution – and they’re hiring for an AI Engineer.

The mission:
Make hardware development 10x faster.
Build the tools mechanical, aerospace, and robotics engineers wish they had — collaborative, agentic, intelligent.
Think: Copilot, but for real-world engineering workflows.

Backed by:
💡 EOR and Superseed – a VC with a laser focus on AI-native, first-principles companies — their portfolio includes some of Europe’s most promising technical teams
💸 Pre-seed raised | 18+ months runway | GTM-ready MVP due later this year

Why this role is unique:

  • You’ll be one of the first 3 engineers

  • Full ownership over LLM orchestration, agent design, and semantic pipelines

  • You’ll work directly with the founders (both technical) to define AI tooling for the entire platform

What they’re looking for:

  • 1–3 YOE in software/AI engineering

  • Comfortable building with LLMs, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG pipelines, or similar

  • Bonus if you’ve worked on copilot-like agents or intelligent design tools

  • You’re obsessed with moving fast, shipping smart systems, and pushing abstraction levels with AI

Ideal background:

  • Technical proof of excellence — ex-founders, engineering team leads in uni, hackathon winners

  • Background in mechanical/aerospace/electrical engineering (or personal interest in hardware)

📍 Central London | 🏢 4 days/week onsite
💰 Top 0.01% salary + meaningful equity
📦 Role comes with a ton of scope, speed, and no red tape
