Job Role: Founding AI Product Engineer – London – VC GenAI Startup

Techmunity are excited to be hiring a Founding AI Product Engineer for a London VC backed GenAI startup – this is a career defining opportunity.

They have built customised GenAI models that are driving millions in revenue for a global customer base full of household names – and they’re just getting started.

As a Founding AI Product Engineer, you will be coming to work closely alongside an ultra talented founding team who’ve delivered complex AI & SaaS solutions for some of the worlds biggest companies.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will get to take charge of your projects – from product and design decisions, to deployment and monitoring, you’ll be working on projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

You will work closely with the CTO on the following:

Read and incorporating SOTA LLM research into their product
Build agentic workflows
Build new LLM-based features that will have a direct impact on their product and business

If you have experience building production LLM features they’ll want to speak with you (bonus points if you’ve done some web dev build work using Next.js & Typescript)

The salary for this Founding AI Product Engineer role is between £80,000 to £100,000 + equity and bonus.

Based in Central London – for the first 3-6 months this will be predominately office based but there can be flexibility beyond that if needed.
