Job Role: Full Stack Engineer – Remote across Europe – AI Startup

Techmunity are hiring multiple Senior Full Stack Engineers for a VC-backed AI company building the operating system of autonomous agents for commerce — the intelligence layer powering how global brands interact with their customers through AI.

Already running millions of AI-powered customer conversations and transactions, the platform generates ~$4.1M ARR with 170% YoY growth, backed by LVMH’s Aglaé Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Village Global — investors behind Airbnb, Slack, and Spotify.

You’ll be joining a high performing 15-person engineering team, who’ve built an operating system of AI agents that reason, retrieve, and act autonomously across every touchpoint – shopping, support, voice, reviews, and social.

These agents manage context, memory, and evaluation in real time, transforming how brands engage customers at scale.

What you’ll do

• Ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Build and scale AI-agent systems that combine LLM reasoning, retrieval, and tool orchestration with enterprise reliability.
• Design event-driven microservices, RAG pipelines, and observability layers that keep the system explainable and fast.
• Work closely with Product and Design to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped impact.
• Shape engineering culture through mentorship, code reviews, and rapid iteration.

Who you are

• You’ve shipped LLM-driven products or agent systems in production — LangChain, LangGraph, or custom orchestration.
• You’re fluent in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and familiar with Python for AI workflows.
• You’ve run real systems on AWS (Fargate, Lambda, SQS) with PostgreSQL or similar.
• You understand context management, retrieval, evals, latency, and observability in AI systems.
• You thrive in high-velocity, low-ego teams where autonomy and accountability are the defaults.
