Job Role: Senior AI Engineer | FinTech Startup | Fully Remote

Techmunity have partnered with a mature European scaleup who’re building something entirely new: a first-of-its-kind product that blends agentic reasoning, LLM workflows, and real-time financial context to help companies operate more intelligently.

They’re generating fantastic revenue, are well-backed by top investors, and have assembled a compact but experienced engineering team – and they’re just getting started!

Now, they’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer to help architect and own the intelligence layer of the platform.

This isn’t another ChatGPT plugin. It’s a structured, goal-driven system combining planning, memory, evaluation, and execution – purpose-built for dynamic, data-rich environments.

You’ll play a pivotal role in designing the agentic infrastructure, helping define how the platform understands context, plans actions, and iteratively improves over time.

What You’ll Work On

• Architecting the orchestration layer for multi-step, LLM-powered flows
• Implementing memory, goal-setting, and evaluation modules
• Designing RAG-style components for structured data retrieval
• Collaborating closely with backend and product to ship robust features fast

You Might Be a Fit If…

• You’ve shipped LLM-powered features into production
• You’ve worked with LangChain, Langgraph, LlamaIndex, or custom eval/memory tooling
• You’re fluent in Python (TypeScript a bonus), and have a product-first mindset
• You thrive in small teams, and want real ownership over what you build

They’re paying £90,000 to £120,000 + equity – this role is fully remote.
