Senior & Staff Full Stack Engineers – Own the Systems Powering Autonomous LLM Agents for Global Brands (Remote / EU Timezones)

Think Intercom or Zendesk, but reimagined from the ground up using reasoning-capable AI agents that actually solve problems, not just escalate them.

Their product is already in the hands of paying clients, and they’re scaling fast—unlocking $100k+ ACVs and white-glove onboarding experiences.

They’re now hiring experienced Senior and Staff Full Stack Engineers to help take things to the next level.

⚒️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver full-stack features across a modern, AI-integrated stack: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL
• Build highly available backend services and APIs powering multi-channel AI agent interactions
• Work with infra like AWS (Lambda, Fargate, EC2, SQS), Redis, Terraform/CDK, GitHub Actions
• Collaborate closely with design- and product-minded founders – UX polish matters here
• Help evolve engineering culture, standards, and async-first workflows

👀 Ideal Background

• 7+ years’ experience building and scaling real-world systems (ideally Series B–D startup experience)
• Proven ability to lead projects from 0→1, independently and pragmatically
• Deep backend knowledge (Node.js, microservices, API design, infrastructure)
• Frontend experience (React, Next.js, TypeScript) with an eye for design and usability
• Excellent written communication—strong async skills are non-negotiable
• Bonus: You’ve explored LLMs, RAG pipelines, or applied AI systems—or are keen to dive in

• Salary: $100–120k USD (contract via Deel if based in Europe)
