Job Role: Software Engineering Manager – London – AI Startup

Are you a Lead Engineer looking for your first step up into management?

Or perhaps you’re an experienced software engineering leader, looking for a new challenge in the AI industry?

Techmunity are hiring on behalf of an AI start-up who’re building a highly innovative solution that’s going to disrupt an entire industry – and they’re looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager.

You will be leading a cross-functional team of software engineers, product managers and ML engineers – alongside them you’ll be building a AI/ML powered system used by millions of users.

They’re looking for someone who has:

Deep technical knowledge of Python, AWS, React, Postgres/MongoDB, Docker
Experienced with architecture planning, scalability and simplicity
Led or managed teams of developers previously
Ideally has worked in AI engineering environments before

They are offering from £100,000 to £120,000 + equity.

They’re based in Central London – ideally looking for someone who can come in 1+ days per week.
