Techmunity is partnering with a fast-growing London startup scaling their frontend team as they build a cutting-edge generative AI marketing platform — and they’re hiring a Staff Frontend Engineer.
They raised a significant £4M seed round last year and have a Series A inbound. Already working with major clients like Canva and ElasticSearch, this company is moving fast and making waves.
As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you won’t just be another developer on the team.
You’ll own frontend architecture end-to-end — designing, building, and leading the delivery of scalable, maintainable React and Next.js (v14) applications with a modern Typescript stack.
You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers working in Golang and cloud infrastructure on AWS and Vercel, shaping product and technical roadmap decisions alongside founders — no PMs here, so your voice matters.
What they’re looking for:
- 5+ years senior frontend engineering experience, ideally with leadership or tech lead responsibility
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js (especially the latest versions), and Typescript
- Comfortable with full-stack concepts, cloud deployments (AWS, Vercel), and container tooling like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend systems in fast-paced startup environments
- Product-minded problem solver who breaks complex challenges into iterative, valuable deliverables
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a culture emphasizing psychological safety, curiosity, and craftsmanship
- Bonus points for experience in AI or generative AI products, fintech, or regulated environments
