Job Role: YC-backed London AI Startup – Full Stack Engineers needed
Job Description
Techmunity are hiring multiple Full Stack Engineers of all levels (Junior, Mid and Senior) for a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI startup helping companies of all industries make better decisions, faster.
Based in Central London, they’re building software that genuinely powers critical day-to-day operations, not just a dashboard that sits on the side.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, thoughtful engineering team that values doing things properly – but without over-engineering.
People here ship frequently, iterate together, and genuinely care about impact.
Expect to work closely with founders and senior engineers from places like Oxford, MIT, Meta, Spotify and Revolut.
It’s flat, fast-paced and full of people who take ownership of what they build.
You will be building products that process millions of transactions and documents every day, powered by modern AI and machine learning.
From design through to deployment, you’ll own your code and help shape what comes next.
The current stack
- Backend: Python, Flask, FastAPI
- Frontend: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vercel
- Infrastructure: GCP, AWS, Terraform
They’re open to new ideas, and if you bring strong opinions or better tools, you’ll be listened to.
Who they’re looking for:
- You like building, and you care about what happens when your code gets used
- You enjoy breaking complex problems into simple solutions
- You’re comfortable moving quickly, getting your hands dirty and learning as you go
- You want to be part of a team where everyone chips in, backs each other, and gets stuck in
What’s on offer:
- £70,000 to £150,000 salary (depending on level)
- Equity
- Health insurance
- Pension
- Unlimited holiday
- Weekly team lunches (yes, the vegan options are good)
- Central London office with hybrid flexibility (1-5 days per week in the office, you choose!)
- Support for mental health through Spill
